Returns are allowed within 5 days from the shipment date. As this time, I am unable to offer exchanges. Please see below for more details:
- You must first contact me at cs@pocketoftreasures.com to obtain an RMA number before shipping back to us within 5 days from shipment date.
- If there is damage to your package that affected your items upon delivery, email me within 48 hours at cs@pocketoftreasures.com
- Jewelry must be in good condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
- All other categories must be returned unused.
- Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
- Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
Please read the steps below:
- Pack the item securely in its original condition. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
- You are responsible for the cost of any return shipping back to me.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to me.
- You can expect a refund within 10 days of me receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase
All skincare products are new and freshly made to order. The jewelry could be new with tags/boxes, new with defects, new without tags/boxes, and pre-owned. On some items such as jewelry especially if it is antique or vintage, I do not deep clean because some buyers prefer the patina and cleaning affects the value. However, I sanitize all items with methods such as steam, hydrogen peroxide, and/or ozone.

I work really hard to ship packages in a timely manner. Since I am a teenager that still attends high school, it may take me 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and USPS postal holiday days) to surrender your package to the carrier. After I do so, the carrier provides an estimate on their website with the tracking number.
The shipping will be calculated, so it will vary depending on the location. You can view cost of shipping to your area by placing the desired products in your cart.
International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
I take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, if your package gets lost during shipment, please contact me, so we can start a lost package search. Please note that USPS have been experiencing delays, so the package may still be in route.
